Construction of environmental protection facilities

(1) waste water

On the basis of reasonable layout, the project boundary noise can meet the corresponding standard requirements after the foundation shock absorption, wall barrier and distance attenuation are adopted for the equipment.

Solid waste

The solid waste generated during the operation of the project mainly includes domestic waste, general industrial solid waste and hazardous waste.

(1) household garbage

After the classified collection of household garbage, it will be collected by the sanitation department and transported to the waste treatment site in wendeng district for treatment, with basically no impact on the surrounding environment.

(2) general industrial solid waste

General industrial solid waste mainly includes metal surface impurities and oxide layer, metal scraps, welding slag, etc.

Metal scraps and welding slag are sold to waste recycling companies for comprehensive utilization; The impurities and oxide layer on the metal surface are collected by the sanitation department and transported to the waste disposal site in wendeng district for harmless treatment.

(3) hazardous waste

Hazardous wastes mainly include paint residue, waste oil, waste cutting fluid, waste oil rags, waste containers, waste filtration materials, etc.

According to the national hazardous waste directory, paint residue waste category is "HW12 dye, paint waste", waste code 900-252-12; The waste oil waste category is "HW08 waste mineral oil and mineral oil waste", waste code 900-217-08; The waste cutting fluid waste category is "HW09 oil/water, hydrocarbon/water mixture or emulsion", waste code 900-006-09; Waste containers and waste filtration materials (waste filtration cotton, waste activated carbon, etc.) are classified as "HW49 other wastes". The waste code is 900-041-49.

The waste oil rags are included in the list of hazardous waste exemption management. The whole process is not according to hazardous waste management, and can be treated together with household garbage.

(5) other environmental protection facilities

1. Environmental risk prevention facilities

2. Investment in environmental protection facilities and implementation of the "three simultaneous projects"

The total investment of the project is 2 million yuan, of which 150,000 yuan is invested in environmental protection, accounting for about 7.5% of the total investment. Environmental protection investment is mainly used for waste gas treatment, noise treatment, sewage treatment, solid waste disposal. The project has completed the examination and approval procedures for environmental impact in accordance with the national environmental management regulations on construction projects, and the construction of environmental protection facilities has been carried out according to the requirements. The supporting environmental protection facilities and the main project are designed, constructed and put into use at the same time.

Iii. Inspection and inspection results

There is no production waste water in the project, all of which are domestic sewage. The main pollutants are COD, ammonia and nitrogen, etc., and the water quality is relatively simple. 2. The waste gas

During the acceptance monitoring period, the maximum VOCs emission concentration in the organized exhaust gas was 0.334mg/m3, and the maximum emission rate was 1.07×10-3kg/h. 3. The noise

During the acceptance monitoring period, the noise value of the project factory boundary is between 51.2~57.1dB(A) in the day and 43.4~47.4dB(A) at night. The monitoring values of the factory boundary noise all meet the requirements of the two types of environmental noise emission standards of industrial enterprise factory boundary (gb12348-2008).

4. Solid waste

The household garbage generated by the project will be collected centrally, cleaned and transported regularly by the sanitation department, and sent to the garbage treatment site for reasonable disposal. General industrial solid waste recycling, hazardous waste by qualified departments. Solid waste disposal is reasonable, to the surrounding environment to achieve zero emissions.

Iv. Total volume control

4. Outdoor welding and painting are prohibited to reduce environmental pollution.
